Artwork Requirements

You can send your logo or artwork via email to sales@joehenry.com. Please contact us for other methods of artwork submission. Be sure to follow the guidelines below to ensure that your logo or artwork is processed quickly and accurately.

• Please provide your artwork as clean line art (vector art) or camera ready artwork. Faxes, photocopies, business cards & letterheads are NOT considered camera ready artwork.
• If your artwork is in color, please specify the exact PMS colors used.
• All digital images should be vector based (not bitmapped/raster). Any type set on paths must be converted to outlines (curves).
• In some cases, bitmapped artwork may be acceptable. If you are providing bitmap files you should render images at 100 percent of actual imprint size.

The following file formats are accepted (Macintosh or Windows)

Adobe Illustrator (EPS, PDF or AI)
Adobe Photoshop (PSD)
Corel Draw (CDR)

If you have questions, please contact us and we can help you with your artwork preparation. Our in house graphics department is available to clean up your artwork if you are not able to provide graphics in a suitable format and quality for production. Charges for this service vary depending on the complexity of your artwork and the condition of the artwork you provide us.

We can also provide custom or stock artwork or logos and we can enhance or redesign your current logo for use on your promotional products. Please call us for more information.
